Appellant Annette Bearden requested an administrative hearing after the Wyoming Workers Compensation Division refused to pay part of her claimed medical bills. The hearing examiner denied Ms. Beardens claim, and on appeal the district court affirmed the hearing examiners decision. In essence, we are asked to determine whether substantial evidence existed to support the hearing examiners conclusion that Ms. Beardens neck injury was not a work-related compensable injury.
